Power Surge is a Black Market item that causes connected buildings to be disabled when used. Starting from the selected tile, the Power Surge will bounce to a random adjacent claimed tile until there are no adjacent claimed tiles left (maximum of 9 tiles) or the only tile left is protected by a Goon Squad. Each successive bounce has a shorter freeze duration. The original target structure will be frozen for 90 seconds which each successive structure frozen for 10 seconds less.
