Slowdown Strike halves the speed of any tile, whether it be mining resources or researching patents, upgrades, or launching resources. It is important to note that a Slowdown Strike cannot be blocked by a Goon Squad. This makes up for the fact the Slowdown Strike is often less devastating than some of the other sabotages.
